Part one contains the introduction and a general description of the Ring.

Part two contains Jeremy hailing a cab, and being taken round the Ring in the Ring Taxi by Sabine Schmitz, "the fastest taxi driver in the entire world" as he puts it. It's an entertaining interview, including Jeremy begging Sabine to keep her eyes on the road (which, of course, she doesn't do).
